Unrivalled protection of confidential data — US Patented Split & Spread technology.

Overview

What is KVault?

KVault is KGreen's US Patented data-security product. It goes beyond traditional encryption: its Split & Spread technology fragments and distributes data across multiple storage locations, so no single location ever holds meaningful, recoverable data — even if compromised.

Who it's for: Banks and enterprises that must protect confidential data, PII and archives to the highest standard and meet DPDP / data-protection mandates.

Beyond Encryption: Securing Data in the Modern Age with KVault — the cracks in traditional data security and the KVault Split & Spread solution
The cracks in traditional data security — and how KVault's Split & Spread secures data by design.

Traditional encryption puts everything behind a single key — and modern threats like key theft, insider abuse and ransomware are built to get past it. Multi-cloud sprawl and tightening regulations only add more points of failure, and the rise of quantum computing threatens to render today's encryption obsolete. KVault takes a fundamentally different route: instead of guarding one locked copy, it encrypts a file, fragments it, and spreads those fragments across independent storage locations — so a breach of any single location yields only meaningless data.

KVault Console · Split & Spread AWS 70% Azure 25% NAS 5% Encrypt Fragment Spread No single location holds recoverable data

In the KVault console, that process is visible end to end — data split across AWS, Azure and on-prem NAS, with policy-based control over who can reassemble it and when. Because no single location ever holds a usable copy, the protection holds even when a location, key or credential is compromised — eliminating the single point of failure and staying resilient against tomorrow's quantum threats.

Capabilities

Key capabilities

Patented Split & Spread

Data encrypted, fragmented and spread across AWS, Azure & local storage.

Zero-Trust Architecture

Complete data is inaccessible to any single party — including admins.

Quantum-Resistant

Architecture designed to withstand quantum-computing attacks.

100% Data Redaction

Protects customer PII with full redaction for DPDP compliance.

Multi-Cloud

Distribute across AWS, Azure and on-prem NAS with policy control.

Ransomware-Proof

No single location holds usable data — ransomware has nothing to hold.

Use Cases

Where it delivers value

Secure archives

Cheaper external storage with higher security; 25–30% savings.

Confidential data exchange

Authenticated, authorised, integrity-checked secure exchange.

Leak-proof online exams

Share 95% in advance, 5% just before — integrity preserved.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is KVault?

KVault is KGreen's US-patented data-security product. It goes beyond traditional encryption: its Split & Spread technology fragments and distributes data across multiple storage locations, so no single location ever holds meaningful, recoverable data — even if it is compromised.

How is KVault different from traditional encryption?

Traditional encryption keeps a complete copy of the data behind a single key — steal the key and the data is exposed. KVault instead encrypts a file, breaks it into fragments, and spreads those fragments across independent locations, so a breach of any one location yields only meaningless data.

What is Split & Spread?

Split & Spread is KVault's core mechanism. It encrypts data, splits it into fragments, and distributes those fragments across AWS, Azure and on-prem storage. The complete data is only ever reassembled in memory for an authorised request, then discarded.

Is KVault quantum-resistant?

Yes. Because protection no longer depends solely on a single cryptographic key, KVault's fragmentation provides a security layer beyond standard encryption strength and is designed to remain resilient against emerging quantum-computing attacks.

Who is KVault for?

KVault is built for banks and BFSI institutions, pharma, defence, government and enterprises that must protect confidential data, PII, IP and archives to the highest standard and meet DPDP and other data-protection mandates.

Does KVault help with DPDP Act compliance?

Yes. KVault provides data-centric protection and 100% data redaction for customer PII, supporting the data-minimisation, access-control and protection obligations of India's DPDP Act.
